Attorney
Ralf is a German and European patent attorney with more than 20 years’ experience in patent law.
Before qualifying as a German and European patent attorney, Ralf worked for Germany’s largest electronics company as development engineer for digital circuits and as patent engineer in the in-house patent department.
Ralf specializes in electronics & telecommunications, automotive, IT and software and also works for clients in a wide range of technology fields. He has extensive experience in preparing, filing and prosecuting patent applications before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office and also has extensive experience in handling oppositions and appeals before both offices. Ralf also advises on trademark and design protection and represents clients in trademark and design matters before the Intellectual Property Office of the European Union and the German Patent and Trademark Office.

Ralf graduated from the Technical University of Munich with a Diplom-Ingenieur Univ. degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. He also has a certificate in Law for Patent Attorneys from the Fernuniversität Hagen.
